I really didn’t know what to expect so I went in with an open mind
Maureen was skilled in guiding me through a discovery that was mind blowing for me. With such root and discovery, Maureen was able to guide me to reframe and re-wire the feelings I had associated with those events.
When I was done I felt a huge weight had been lifted and now I know the root and once you know the root, addressing and amending it becomes easier. If you are struggling with fears, insecurities and feeling like you are not enough but don’t know how to change it, I highly recommend a few sessions with Maureen. You will enter a journey of self-discovery and growth that it is impossible to do on your own. Maureen made me an audio to listen to for 30 days to help by brain re-wire and I must admit, I was apprehensive to what the changes would be but now after a few weeks of listening to my audio, there is a new me.
