When can I expect to experience changes from RTT®?
The timing of seeing changes from Rapid Transformational Therapy RTT® can vary from person to person, depending on individual circumstances, the nature of the issue being addressed and the individual's responsiveness to therapy.
Some people may experience noticeable improvements immediately, others may take a few weeks and others may not notice any changes at all until faced with a trigger.
For example: Fear of dogs is addressed during the session and reframed. The client says they haven't seen a dog at all so they don't know if they have been cured. Their partner says they have passed four dogs just outside the door but the client didn't see them at all because their focus is no longer on looking for a dog so they can seek protection, instead they no longer even notice dogs.
It is important to have realistic expectations and to follow up with any recommended post- therapy practices or exercises to support the process.
