Frequently Asked Questions...
- What is Hypnosis?
It is important for you to understand how hypnosis works in order to get the most out of your experience.
Hypnosis is a state of mind in which we enter a trance-like state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility.
During this state, individuals may experience increased openness to suggestions, which can help them alter certain behaviors, thoughts, or perceptions
We use hypnosis for therapeutic purposes, such as managing pain, reducing anxiety, overcoming certain habits or accessing deeply buried memories that have changed the way we perceive things or embedded a limiting belief in our psyche.
- Can I Hypnotized against my will?
You cannot be hypnotized against your will.
Hypnosis requires your active participation and willingness to cooperate with the hypnotist's guidance.
It's based on the principle of voluntary engagement and individuals typically remain in control of their actions and behaviors during the process.
- Is it possible to get stuck in Hypnosis?
There is no scientific evidence to suggest that a person can get permanently stuck in a hypnotic state.
Hypnosis is a temporary and reversible state and individuals return to their normal state of consciousness either on their own or with the guidance of the hypnotist.
If for any reason whatsoever, the connection to the internet is lost during a hypnosis session, you will automatically come out of hypnosis on your own within a matter of minutes. Once connection is restored then you will find that you go back into hypnosis very quickly.
- What conditions require medical permission before hypnosis?
It's essential to consult with a medical professional before considering hypnosis if you have epilepsy, psychosis or schizophrenia.
These conditions may require specific precautions or could be contraindicated for certain hypnotic techniques.
A healthcare provider can provide guidance on whether hypnosis is a suitable option for you based on your specific medical history and condition

- How does RTT® work?

By identifying and reframing negative beliefs and though patterns, RTT® facilitates profound and lasting transformation, promoting positive change and healing in the individual.
- When can I expect to experience changes from RTT®?
The timing of seeing changes from Rapid Transformational Therapy RTT® can vary from person to person, depending on individual circumstances, the nature of the issue being addressed and the individual's responsiveness to therapy.
Some people may experience noticeable improvements immediately, others may take a few weeks and others may not notice any changes at all until faced with a trigger.
For example: Fear of dogs is addressed during the session and reframed. The client says they haven't seen a dog at all so they don't know if they have been cured. Their partner says they have passed four dogs just outside the door but the client didn't see them at all because their focus is no longer on looking for a dog so they can seek protection, instead they no longer even notice dogs.
It is important to have realistic expectations and to follow up with any recommended post- therapy practices or exercises to support the process.
- How long does RTT® take?
A typical Rapid Transformational Therapy - RTT® session is approximately one to two hours long and is followed up ensuring that each client receives a custom made audio specifically designed and tailored for them to listen to for 21 days consecutively to enhance the healing process which has begun during the session.
It is recommended to have three sessions for each problem so as to reinforce the positive changes achieved during the initial RTT® session
