Rapid Transformational Therapy®

What are you Grateful for today?

Just close your eyes for a few minutes and focus on your breathing.  Deep breath in and deep breath out.  Deep breath in and deep breath out.  Did you know that if you concentrate on your heartbeat you can shift your breath to breathe in through your heart and then to breathe out through your heart.  So focus on your heartbeat now and breathe in through your heart, hold it, now breathe out through your heart.  You are doing so well, just breathe in and out through your heart for a few minutes.  Now I want you to shift your focus to your brain, ask yourself what am I grateful for in this minute?  Pause and think about that.  Are you grateful for your home, your family, your job?  Once you have isolated one thing you are grateful for in this moment I want you to think about a second thing you are grateful for and once you know what that is think about a third thing you are grateful for.  Now just focus on the things you are grateful for, for a few minutes and then when you are feeling ready to, just come back into the room and as you open your eyes, look around you and focus on something in front of you that you may or may not have noticed before that you are grateful for.  Look around the room you are in and pick three things you are grateful for.  This will heighten your awareness of your surroundings and help you to extend gratitude into them.

What is Depression?

The clinical definition of Depression is a mental health disorder characterized by persistent feeling of sadness, hopelessness, and a lack of interest or pleasure in activities.  It can also involve physical symptoms like changes in appetite and sleep patterns, as well as difficulty concentrating and making decisions.  Depression can significantly impact a person's daily life and functioning.  It's essential to seek professional help for proper diagnosis and treatment.

I spent many, many years struggling with depression as I tried to deal with an abusive marriage and being estranged from my family.  Years of isolation and rules had stripped me of my heart and my soul and I functioned as an automation.  My children had a stay-at-home mother but even though I was physically there I was so broken down that I just existed and might as well have not been there at all.  Living a life that was always on the edge, waiting for the next thing that I had not done well enough and always failing at whatever task was set no matter how hard I tried to meet the demands of my husband, left me with a deep, dark depression, adrenal burn out and a total loss of myself as a person.  Some days I just couldn't even convince myself to get out of bed and I spent years in Sleep Therapy and on anti-depressants.

However when I finally had had enough of being a doormat I took the bull by the horns, so to speak and filed for a divorce.  Once I was set free from that relationship of 32 years, I found myself anchorless and without purpose or direction.  I didn't know where to go or how to get there.  In fact I didn't even know what food I liked to eat.  Many years of self introspection and looking for a different way to live, finally had me having to face myself.  That was a challenge as I couldn't even look into a mirror without a sense of shame.  Walking away without the support of my family and estranged from my children was really difficult.  Eventually I discovered Marisa Peer and the I am Enough movement.  Writing "I AM ENOUGH" on my mirror was lifechanging and studying RTT with Marisa has led me to the place and person I am today.

Do you need help??  Let me help you.  Let me walk beside you as you find your way out of your own cycle of depression.

Weight Loss

For so many years we have been led to believe that weight loss is totally dependent upon what we eat.  But how true is that actually.  How many of us have begun a restrictive diet with all the right intentions and even at time lost huge amounts of weight, only to find that when we stop the diet all the weight piles back on and brings quite a few extra kilo's with it.

What if weight loss has nothing much to do with what and how often we eat?

What if your weight is all a result of programming that happened when you were a child?

I can help you through RTT to find the source of your weight problems and reprogram your mind to receive positive suggestions that will help you to take the weight off and keep it off.

Life after Abuse

There are many variations of abuse in our society today.  There is verbal abuse, physical abuse, mental abuse, elder abuse, child abuse, bullying and many others.  Abuse has become the norm in a world gone mad.

Abuse refers to any intentional, harmful behavior or mistreatment directed towards another person or group.  It can take various forms, including physical abuse, emotional or psychological abuse, sexual abuse and neglect - failing to provide the necessary care or attention.  Abuse can occur in various settings, such as within families, relationships, institutions, schools, or even in the workplace.  It is a serious violation of a person's rights and well being, often requiring intervention and support to address and prevent further harm.

I am here to tell you that it is possible to step out of the darkness and into the light again.  It is possible to live a full and healthy life and to be safe.

As an abuse survivor, I understand the pain that keeps you trapped in a situation that no longer serves you.  I have been there, I have lived in that exact place where you are now or the place that you have finally had the courage to leave.  Let me help you to heal, and step out into a big world with someone walking beside you.  I would be honored to support you through the fears that we live with after being in an abusive relationship.
